Eligibility for Returns
We accept return and refund requests that are reported within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all components intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our educational materials, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Items purchased during a sale or marked as final sale.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by:
- Emailing us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Montessori material arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
